Introduction
Advanced Business Analytics (M) Sdn Bhd (ABA) is the leading one-stop IBM SPSS statistics software and analytical solutions company. Established back in July 1999, ABA (formerly SPSS BI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd) is the legacy distributor for all SPSS products and consulting services in Malaysia and Brunei. With the acquisition of SPSS Inc. by IBM in 2009, the SPSS brand is now renamed IBMSPSS and our goal is to continue to serve the marketplace with the IBM SPSS product offerings. Our expanded product & services portfolio now includes a reputable statistical based research software, VERBI MAXQDA product range.

We have a local User Group known as the “Advanced Analytics & SPSS Users’ Association of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor” (AASUG) with its 700-plus strong members that provide a forum for technical exchange and know-how. Various members of the User Group conduct monthly ‘hands-on’ workshops and annual conferences to cater to the growing needs of statistical and analytical demands of the users.
